Florida

Hi,

My husband and I want to spend 10-12 days in Florida this summer and we would like some ideas on what interesting places there are to visit.
We would start in Orlando for a couple of days and we would spend the last couple of days in Palm Beach. We have around $2000 for our budget so please advise us.

Thanks
Joyce

There are all sorts of things to do. We need more information on what YOU like to do.
Are you looking for historical places, nature, beaches, water sports, etc. ?
Also...how far are you willing to travel from the areas you are planning on visiting?

Thanks for the quick reply.
We would like to visit historical places, not so much in water sports but nature and beaches for sure.
We don't want to go too too far as I checked Miami and the Keys are pretty far away. Any suggestions would help!

Thanks

I agree with St. Augustine for some history.
Also, since you will be in the Palm Beach area there are museums to visit .
The Morikami Museum & Japanese Gardens is in Delray which is not far from Palm Beach. There is the Flagler Museum, the Norton Museum of Art and several others. There are nature preserves, etc.
