Flightseeing - Talkeetna

We are trying to pick a flightseeing service out of Talkeetna for a tour to see Denali.
They all seem similar, so please give us your personal experiences. Did you like the service you went with and why or why not?
Thanks!
Molly

Actually there are big differences. Mainly between summit views and summit flights. I prefer the "over the top" summit flights rather than a view. But you can't do a ski landing with a summit flight. :) So it depends on your flying preference. The operators out of Talkeetna are top notch. I have gone with several but with Talkeetna Aero and K-2 the most.

I can't remember the operator, but I'll never forget the flight. It was only one of three times I've ever been motion-sick and the updrafts and downdrafts over the glaciers really got to me. I was in the back seat of a seven seat plane - and my headset didn't work. It turned out that others were asking when we could go back and the pilot said the girl in the back is getting the worst ride, and we aren't going back until she says so. Everyone would turn around to look at me. I'd grit my teeth, grin and give a thumbs up. We stayed in the air. When we finally landed, my friend was ready to kill me. It was funny...AFTER my stomach settled a bit!
I'd go back up in a second, but would make sure all headsets were working!!!

What is the difference between summit views and summit flights?

Summit views are just that a view of the summit. Summit flights go OVER the top and require an O2 equipted plane.
