Flight from NJ/NY to London
what airport should I fly into?
also, what is considered a good fare to london from NYC area? Melissa |
One airport is about as good as the other, I would base that decision on price and schedule. As for what's a good price, that depends entirely on what time of year you will be traveling.
|
When do you plan to travel? That will make a big difference in airfare costs (high/low season and such).
We flew NY (JFK) to Heathrow. |
I recently flew British Airways from JFK to Heathrow. There's easy train/tube service from Heathrow into central London.
|
It depends upon what airline you are flying. I always like to fly out of Newark, but sometimes I have to look toward JFK to get a better fare on another airline.
Input some dates into orbits, expedia, or travelocity and check both airports to see what they come up with. ((b)) |
Those sites usually have a thing where you enter your info and they will check airports within x number of miles - I would do that and then match convenience with cost.
