Flagstaff Restaurants

Looking for suggestions of nice dinner houses in Flagstaff, AZ. Stopping overnight middle of this month. Any price range....a decent wine list would be a plus!

The Cottage is wonderful!!!! Pricey, given that it's Flagstaff, but compared to any other city, big or small, you'll walk away feeling like you've had a bargain. And enjoyed it. Other than that, I'd suggest posting your question on chowhound.com.

We like Buster's -- informal, good food, not pricey.

Some suggestions for downtown FLG:

Pasto (Italian)
Charly's (in the old Weatherford Hotel)
Cuvee 928 - not sure if they do dinner but great wine list (on Heritage Square)
Swaddee Thai or Pa-to (Great Thai, weak on the wine list side)
Beaver Street Brewery (OK, beer is their thing, not so much wine)

For breakfast the next morning (and a slice of local color), try Macy's for coffees and pastries, or next door's La Bellavia for tasty breakfasts.

Just talked to my wine-loving friend here in FLG. She recommends Cottage Place, Brix, and Josephine's. All are near (but not in) downtown FLG. Can't go wrong with any of these choices! Enjoy!!

Buster's is consistently delicious and has good value for the quality of food. If you need a dessert recommendation the chocolate mousse is divine!
