When you say North Central Florida are you meaning Gainesville/Ocala? It will be 85 to 95 during the day with very high humidity and short heavy showers late in the day. It has not started raining yet though so maybe it will be dry still when you get here. It is not unbearable ever. We NEVER go above 100F. Just drink alot of water and you will be just fine.
