fishing lodge/resort
 

Does anyone know of a great fishing lodge/resort to go to in December in the United States? And with extras like a pool and possible trap/skeet shooting?

How about Minnesota, for starters?
Is that too far away, or too close?

It's close, I'm in Chicago, but I was trying to find a warmer destination in December.

You might check out the Izaak Walton lodge in Yankeetown, FL. I don't know what all they offer but it is an interesting old building in a cool little town. There is also a lodge in Welaka on the St. John's river that I've seen but don't know the name. There could possibly be alligator hunting around there as the river is quite overpopulated with the darned lizards.
