Correction... I meant Hwy 280, not 580.

I was wondering (P.S. You're being very kind to Redwood City in your post -- its a suburb, plain and simple, and not that convenient either; although it does have some nice new restaurants along with the movie theatre in the redeveloped downtown area).

We are also a fam of 5 and it is challenging to find hotels. We are staying at the Comfort Inn By the Bay, but have no idea what it will be like. The argonaut was out of our price range also and the suites that were mentioned were all booked.

Will be watching this thread to see if we should switch.
