Fish Market Manhattan?

Where can I find a good fish market in Manhattan?

Chinatown. There are several along Canal Street.

Drew: Where in Manhattan are you looking? Try 9th Avenue around 39th and 40th Streets, there are two good ones there. On the upper west side, Fairway at Broadway and 74th Street and Citerella right next door.

A 9th Ave cheap one is Central Fish at 9th & 40th St (about). Upscale retail ones are Rosedale at Lexington & 78th, the aforementioned Citarella at Broadway and 75th and also on the East Side at Third Ave & 75th and, my neighborhood favorite, Jake's at Broadway & 89th, next door to Dock's, a seafood restaurant. Fairway, next to Citarella, has fish but I consider it more like a supermarket who carries fish than a specialty fish market. Or, when you asked for a good fish market in Manhattan, did you mean a fish market to rival Seattle's or Tokyo's? Like the Fulton Fish Market?
