First Time to Orlando

We are traveling to Orlando on our first family vacation to Florida this year. I have a 11 yo girl and 14 yo boy and would like to know which theme park(s) would be the best to go to. We all love roller coasters, and fun rides, and I would like to know which one's would provide the most bang for our buck so that we all can have fun. Also what water theme parks would anyone suggest for teenagers. We all love to have fun and adventure.

If you and your family love rides then I would recommend Universal Studios over the Disney parks. Disney's waterparks are great fun. I would avoid Wet "N" Wild on International Drive because it's very popular with the local kids and it can get loud and rowdy.

I agree. Universal's Islands of Adventure had some great coasters and their SpiderMan is one of the best rides ever.

Islands of Adventure is the place to go if you love roller coasters. And don't get scared off Wet 'n' Wild - we locals simply like to have a good time just like you tourists do!

Having been to Orlando several times with kids of varying ages, Islands of Adventure has the best assortment of coasters. The Hulk and spiderman rides are amazing! I also LOVE the original indoor coaster, Space Mountain, at WDW Magic Kingdom. And the "Rockin Roller Coaster", also an indoor coaster at WDW MGM park, is awesome, plus the Tower of Terror is FABULOUS. Your kids are also the perfect age to enjoy a terrific indoor virtual amusement park, Disney Quest at Downtown Disney area. you can design your own virtual roller coaster then ride it! My kids LOVE that place. Also get more info on wdwig.com Also don't forget Sea World, they have a some thrill rides as well as animals and shows too.
