I've been trying to respond but the site won't process it. This is just a test.

In Orlando, you may want to try the Riu Hotel. It is very close to Disney entrance (right around corner). We stayed there for 1 night when we got into town a day earlier than expected. Got a very good price on line (i think at orbitz), and it included breakfast. Small hotel, but had restaurant, was clean, no complaints.

OK, here's another try. While in St. Pete/Clearwater area, stay in Clearwater Beach, where there's lots of fun things to do to enjoy Florida's beaches. I don't know too much about the hotels since I live here and haven't stayed at a hotel, but Adams Mark Hotel seems to be in a good location. Within walking distance is miniature golf, fishing off Pier 60, parasailing, and places to rent boats or waverunners.

Have fun!
