First Class

Can anyone tell me from experience, whether or not it is worth the extra $90.00 to fly first class with Hawaiian Airlines between Honolulu and Maui. Thanks

NO. Its such a short flight it isn't worth it.

anne Feb 28th, 2001 03:52 PM

No.

It is, at most, a 20 minute flight. Almost no food/beverage service - if that counts for anything. The coach seating is leather - again, if that counts for anything. Don't bother with first class.....

No.

Absolutly, go for it. Remember you save all year for a vacation, so don't sweat a few extra bucks. Its well worth it.

No way. Save the few bucks and have a drink before dinner.

The only people flying first-class on the 20 minute interisland flight are: (1) frequent fliers with free upgrades, (2) airline employees, (3) business travellers, (4) rich Japanese tourists, and (5) people who feel the need to flaunt their money. Use your $90 to splurge on a really nice meal or upgrade your hotel room instead.

Better to fly first class TO Hawaii and coach on inter island flights.

No way! You will be so disappointed if you waste your $90.

Help...I'm worried!! Last year I went on the Trilogy sail out of Kaanapali and enjoyed it. This year (next week!!) we will be doing the Trilogy sail to Molikini. From reading the above posting, I'm beginning to wonder if it is worth the $400 it will cost my family to go. Has anyone been to Molikini the last week or so, and if so, how was it?
