I think around 6pm - somehow we never made it to see them, because we were always somewhere else at that time. One of the employees at the on-site art gallery told us we weren't missing much, as they last less than 10 minutes.

Hi Deuce,
I don't remember the exact time. If you log on to Hilton's website and choose the HHV, then find activities. The site will display time for each season, as winter display hour is earlier than summer. It takes a while to see the whole thing because they start out with a pageant, music, etc. before the actual fireworks. We waited for about 45 minutes from start time and had to leave because the kids were hungry.
7:30 in the winter (Oct-March)
8:00 in the summer (April-Sept)

The fireworks can be seen from most of the beach in Waikiki. We usually go over to the beach in front of Fort DeRussy. Be there on time as the display is really fabulous to watch but it is also very short (less than 10 minutes.)
