How about breakfast in this area - any outstanding spots?

You might try Bouley Bakery for breakfast. Odeon is popular although I do not think their food is first rate. Many locals also lilke Bubby's but I have never been there. I am wondering if Blaue Gans is open early enough for breakfast..I am pretty sure they have brunch certain days but do not see the hours on menupages.

Here you go, Emily: City Hall on Duane Street is open for weekday breakfast. Very reliable for dinner, too.
