Fell's Point - Inn at Henderson's Wharf

I am staying at the Inn at Henderson's Wharf in September for business. How is this hotel?

I have never been to Baltimore, just looking for what to expect....

i stayed there a few years back and liked the hotel (loved fells point). i do remember that we were there on a weekend and alot of partying going on in the street which kept me up but that should not be an issue (hopefully) mid week.

We visit Baltimore frequently (live about 30 miles away) and enjoy Fell's Point (Do try Bertha's Mussels!). I've always recommended the Inn at Henderson's Wharf to people as a more personal place to stay than one of the big chain hotels around the Inner Harbor (Marriott, Hyatt, etc). The Inn has cool views of the harbor (actually it is right on the harbor) and within walking distance of many nice places to eat.

I lived in the residences above the inn for a couple years and I absolutely love the location and I love the people at Hendersons Wharf -- great folks.

The inn is modern and upscale with all of the rooms located on the lower level. There's a marina outside the door, and it's nice to just stroll around the wharf in the evening with a cool brewski or stroll down the street to one of the MANY excellent bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.

My favorite place to eat is usually John Steven (a 1 block walk) where the food is trendy and always delicious, plus there's a good selection of craft beers on tap. For music, my favorite haunt is the Cats Eye on Thames -- a wonderfully beat and funky place with good blues and jazz.

Have fun!
