We have family in the Chicago area and have visited many times over the last 40 years. The best meal we have eaten is at Feed. It is southern food where you order at the counter and feed yourself. Their menu is limited but one dish is better than the other. For main courses the chicken and pulled pork are exceptional. Fussy eaters thought the pork was spicy but it was prepared in the Carolina style with vinegar. The corn pudding was addictive and the other sides were tasty.

We have been to Gibson's, Mia Francesca, which was louder than a screaming baby in a tiled bathroom and some of the other brand name restaurants and this far superior.

One would assume that a glowing review is not the work of a troll. But apparently not.

We are also fortunate to be at the gane when Thome hit his walk off 500th home run. I guess that would be the work of a troll if you are Cubs fan.
