Fastest route MHT to Belfast, maine

Hi I'm looking for the absolute fastest, uncongested route from MHT to Belfast on weekday late August. I know Route 1 is pretty etc but don't have time to meander. Any traffic/time saving tips? Thanks!

Who or where is "MHT"? Maybe then I can help.

We just came home from there.

Manchester?

Looks like 101 to I-95 is the quickest way, about 3 hours to do 200 miles.

To save on time, put Massachusetts plates on your car, flashers on, honk incessantly, and drive like a bat out of hades.

Take 95 to Exit 112, just north of Augusta. Then take Route 3 to Belfast, avoiding the Route 1 traffic. Depending on overall traffic, I would plan on closer to 4 hours from MHT.

Oops, exit 113

Cindyi is really close, except that you want to take 295 for a portion of that to avoid looping up to Lewiston. It's 95 to Falmouth, then 295 to Gardner? I'm not sure but if you mapquest it, you will see. You don't want to take rte 1 at any rate.

Did this 2 weeks ago. Went 101East to 95 N to 295 N to Rt3. Took about 3.5hrs on a busy Saturday morning. Hit traffic in NH from 101 to the Portsmouth split.

correction - 101east to 95N to 295N to 95N (295 rejoins 95)then to 3 east.
