Family Reunion Idaho, Wyoming, Montana????
 

Our tri-annual family reunion consists of about 25-30. Previous locations have been Lake Tahoe, Suncadia (Wash), Whistler (B.C. Canada), and Sunriver (Oregon). These are all resort areas. Looking for something in perhaps Idaho, Wyoming or Montana. We generally have rented 2 or 3 large vacation homes located fairly close together in resort areas. Looking at hiking, swimming, golf, rafting/floating, maybe fishing. Not big on horse back rides, but have done them. We have no little kids anymore. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You might want to consider Island Park, ID. Lots of options there. Hiking, waterfalls, floating the river, fishing, off-roading. Day trip to West Yellowstone for restaurants. We watched 4th of July fireworks in West Yellowstone, and it was magical. Island Park is close enough for planning some time in Yellowstone park if you want. This will be in the summer, right?

Look at Ketchum/Sun Valley, Sandpoint or McCall in Idaho, Jackson in Wyoming and Whitefish or Big Sky in Montana.

You folks are all great. Those were all wonderful ideal locations. I think we'll be heading for Teton Village, at Jackson Hole. And the other suggestions are on our list for future reunions. Thanks again.
