Fall colors in Nov
I'm planning to visit Boston for 3 days from November 13. Is there any possibility to see the fall colors in the area. Also, what would be the 2 most "Not to Miss" places to see in Boston.
|
Sorry; the fall colors are now all bagged up and waiting on the sidewalk for pickup.

For a Nov visit to Boston, I would take in the Museum of Fine Arts or the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. I would stroll through the Public Gardens, Beacon Hill and shop on Charles St. They give tours of Fenway Park year round if that is of interest to you. Eat in the North End for Italian and the South End for trendy, Boyleston St for nightlife. check out boston.com for more ideas.

Bennie,
That was one of the most precise, compact and BEST recommendations for the Boston area I have ever seen. The only suggestion I would make is the Freedom Trail that will take you to all the historic buildings in Boston, it starts at the State House (Capitol building) and winds through the streets of Boston. Will also take you to Fanuiel Hall area one of the biggest attractions in the area. Lots of good restaurants in town, I would recommend the Union Oyster House as one of my favorites, been there forever and the food is very good. Have a great time. |
Thanks Bennnie and Wantsomesun for your advise. I'm looking forward to my visit...
