Extended stay in Orlando area

My daughter has recently been hired by DisneyWorld in Orlando. She wants to go there and stay in a temp hotel like setting until she has time to explore the area and look at apartments.
Can anyone recommend a longer stay place near Disney in a safe and clean location?
Budget of $200 or less per week.

I don't have direct knowledge of any, but I think I can point you in the right direction. Try the city of Kissimmee for starters. Do a web search using "Kissimmee extended stay" as the search terms.

Orlando area hotels can be fairly inexpensive, but safe and clean and less than $30 a night? That could be hard. I agree that the Kissimmee area would be where I'd start looking. Try the Extended Stay Hotel brand; there are several in the Orlando area and in January/February you might find something in the $35 - $50 a night range.

Does Disney have cast member housing available? I would check on the Disboards, and see what suggestions they have over there.

I would also check VRBO; there are zillions of timeshare condos and villas in Kissimmee, and price per night will be lower than in a hotel.
