To Neapolitan,

I read with great interest & sympathy the first several threads on this topic, and never got the idea that the op was simply performing a purely humanitarian & selfless service.

Please forgive me, ibdkb. I think you can rest assured that no one who reads Fodor's has missed at least one of your threads.

Thank you for your invitation to help, Kelly. Believe it or not, I am trying to offer constructive criticism, not "attacks". My point is simply that your legitimate, admirable goals of fighting injustice, fraud, illegal evictions, or "whatever" are best served when you are accurate in your reporting of events, your contacts with lawyers and/or the media, and in your thread titles. (With respct to that, if you were simply making fun of the threat letters, why title the thread "WooGo Threats to Sue Me?" And who do you think actually wrote those silly e-mails to you? Were you, or were you not, representing them as e-mails from WooGo?)

My other suggestion was that you will get much better results in the way of stopping whatever fraud or illegal activity is going on if you pursue this in a court of law, not trial by internet. The operative word is "preliminary injunction."

And Nina, when it comes to the wheels of justice, I too speak from experience, not from "what I've heard and read." And it's a whole lot more experience than your involvement as an anonomous plaintiff in two class actions.

I think that most, if not all of Kelly's threads on this topic have contained "WooGo" in the thread title.

So to claim that you "just happened" to open the thread and and not know what the topic is about is a bit disingenuous.

Kelly could post 5 new threads a week and if the titles all contained "WooGo" in it, you could as easily avoid them as you would avoid a single thread on the topic.

Are the "my cat in her cute little warmup suit", "my latest expensive handbag purchase", "what wine I'm drinking tonight", and the weekly FR&R posts any better? We can all find posts to complain about.

Wow, you must be a lawyer. I'm impressed. You haven't a clue as to my experience, but I do know that a class action suit isn't going to be brought against WooGoo and settled anytime soon.

On second thought, maybe you aren't a lawyer.

Nina, I said "preliminary injunction", not settlement. Did you read?

You are baiting me and I will not respond further.
