Event in Chicago June 23rd?
 

Anyone know if there is an event in Chicago the weekend of June 23rd. Seems awfully difficult to get a hotel room as compared to one week before and after...

That weekend is an AMA meeting with 4,500 attendees; American Diabetes Assn with 18,000; Future Business Leaders of America 12,000; and NXT, a communications show, with 20,000.

Add gay pride to the list of events on the 23rd although I have no idea if that's a huge room demand or is more local. We were going that same weekend but pushed it UP one weekend since the hotel rates were much lower. Got the Omni for less than $200 in the summer, which ain't half bad!
