Has anyone had experience with this rental car agency?

Yes, I've rented from them twice, they're fine!! Lots of locations, service is OK, prices are usually pretty good

I assume you're renting in Europe? We rented from them in Rome (thru Auto Europe). The car was fine, the employees were helpful - BUT they gave us totally wrong directions for driving out of the city. PS: I think Europcar rates are better thru Auto Europe than going direct.

We rented from Europcar twice. Last time was last year. It was a better deal than the other agencies because it included all the extra fees (insurance, etc) that the others didn't.<BR><BR>We had a good car and no problems. I always like to rent station wagons in Europe so they have a little extra room. Have a great trip. Be prepared for totally different driving styles!<BR><BR>Shelly

I rented from Europcar at Milan's Malpensa Airport. I got a brand new car, 3 km on it, fully loaded Fiat Punto 5 door and I drove it to Paris and Frankfurt and Rome. We put 5000km on it. The price was great also. I paid $110 a week. Too bad I cant say the same for the price of gas and tolls!
