Doing this math, if you leave at 7am and it takes 7 hours to get to NYC + an hour for lunch, you will arrive at about 3pm. By 10pm, your driver will have had 7 hours rest. That's a lot. By 11pm he will have had a full 8 hour rest -- that's an entire work day. Maybe the driver has a date or plans to see a show. LOL
