Easyjet.com

We just bought airline tickets from Easyjet.com last night and now we are concerned because they didn't tell us the name of the airline we are booked on and they say they don't supply E-Tickets. All we have is a confirmation number and flight numbers. We sent an e-mail to them (their address is [email protected]) which just makes us more nervous. We haven't heard from them and wonder if anyone has used this company and if so do you remember how you found out what airline you were on. After seaching the internet I haven't found anything but my credit card people said it was listed as Atlantis Airlines located in the UK.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Er... the airline's name is easyJet. It's a very large discount airline in Europe. If you have a ticket confirmation no. and time/airport details, that's all you need.

Allow plenty of time in advance for check-in and boarding. If you snooze you lose, and watch the baggage weight - they compensate for cheap fares with killer baggage surcharges.

And the Europe forum is the place for this.

Easyjet is the airline itself.

"they didn't tell us the name of the airline " You are joking, right? No, I know you aren't joking - but as the others say - you booked tickets on easyJet.

you'd be better off posting this over on Europe.

[email protected] is the address which their mail to you will come from.

I don't think they'll answer emails that you write to that address.

You can find basically all you need to know on their website. Or you can fill up a form on their site for questions. I'm not sure if they'll be keen to answer you. Afterall, they charge you for calling them.

Thanks for the responses. The reason I began to question the airline name, is that when I tried to rent a car, Easy Jet was not one of the airline choices from the drop down menu.

BTW - I did notice a thread on the Europe Forum after I posted here. Forgive me but this is my 1st experience with this and with trying to book a flight from Europe to Europe while in the US.

EasyJet operates on a business model very similar to Southwest Airlines in the US.

It is as reliable as any and when we've used them the service has been excellent.

Have you looked at all the information on the EasyJet website?

Are you aware of the strictly-enforced check-in times and their checked baggage policy? If not, please read those before you travel.

You can check your booking on the easyjet website by clicking on Manage Booking and entering your login details.
