easyclicktravel

anyone had good/bad experience with this site?

kimmos, I used that site a couple of years ago and got a good deal. The hard part is figuring out which hotel it is, but if you go to the description, copy and paste the description into Google, you can usually figure out which hotel on which you're bidding.

We got a fantastic rate for the Marriott World Center (not sure if that's the correct name or not) in Orlando during spring break.

I think betterbidding.com has a way to figure out which hotel is which.

As soon as you book through Easyclick you will learn the name of the opaque hotel and it's cancellable. However they are not always the cheapest. I used the "easyclick exclusive" for a hotel which ended up a Hilton and Hilton's direct price was cheaper. Use easyclick with caution.

sorry, i meant to ask whether this a shady site?

travelinwifey Aug 20th, 2007 05:13 PM

Yes, it's legit, just check around to make sure you're getting the best deal.

I used it once when I couldn't win a particular hotel with Priceline. The moderator on www.biddingfortravel.com told me I could get that same hotel with easyclicktravel. I did and it was a very nice rate (Hyatt in Bonita Springs).
