Will the Duck Tours be operating Oct. 15th? If so, who do we contact for reservations? <BR>Thanks Jean

Yes. Go into their ticket window in the Prudential Center shopping mall. You sign up for a trip on that day (can't make advance reservations.).

Boston Duck Tours are the "hottest" thing going in Boston Tourism. They are very popular tours of Boston by land and sea. They use old amphibious vehicles ala WWII and tour the streets of Boston and Charles River. They are quite expensive ($20 something per) but very entertaining (you also learn a little something about Boston). <BR>As they travel around the city you hear "Quack Quack" from travelers and pedestrians. <BR>Other places have them too. Hyannis for one.

There are also Duck Tours in several other cities, including Washington DC and London. Some of the US cities, including Chicago, discontinued theirs after a fatal accident last year.
