Driving from Burlington to Quebec City

Is there any particular route anyone can recommend for a drive from Burlington, VT to Quebec City? Anything scenic or a must-see along the way?

This will be my family's first time in the area.

Thanks.

It's totally flat, not much to see. I'd just take the shortest route.

I-89 to border. Hwy 133 to Autoroute 20.

I'd agree with rkkwan.

Quebec City is awesome! Get there as quickly as possible! :)

A more scenic, but longer, route would be to drive east to St Johnsbury, north on 91 to Sherbrooke, and then smaller roads through the Eastern Townships. An interesting area because the town names are all English and the residents are all French.

Agree with others. Get to Quebec City as fast as possible, this road is always so uneventful. Enjoy Burlington, then Quebec City. Both are so different and so wonderful

Driving via St. Johnsbury would add at least an hour to your trip. But, Magog is a terrific place to stop along the way.
