Driving from Austin, TX to San Diego, Ca in a jeep wrangler
I have a four cylinder 2000 jeep wrangler. At 65 mph it is at 3000rpm. If I were to travel from Austin to San Diego, about a 1294 mile trip, would this kill my car, transmission, or anything? Or do any kind of damage? I would be driving back from California too.

It wouldn't/shouldn't kill anything. I drove my 2001 Wrangler from Minnesota to Texas and it didn't blow up or anything. I've got a 6-cylinder though and I don't know how much of a difference that would make. I'm assuming you've driven it on the interstate before, so if it can handle 65 there you'd be fine going all the way to San Diego.
Please, don't ever refer to it as "my car" as in "would this kill my car", or we'll have the Jeep mafia come down and confiscate it from you.
