2 1/2 hours max. You can go through Hopkinsville or Bowling Green, both on interstates most of the way. However, the Bowling Green route involves toll roads. Mapquest routes through Hopkinsville.

Disagree on taking 24----to get to Hopkinsville you travel for 60 miles on the Penneyrile, not a freeway and think it's speed limit is 55 in many areas due to construction that started earlier this spring. However, if you're traveling this way during AM rush, absolutely take 24. 65 backs up badly inbound around Vietnam Vets BLVD all the way down to the 24/65 merge.
