Found the website of this restaurant - the food looks right up our street.

Anyone been???

(And also where exactly is Park Avenue??)

Don't know the restaurant. Park Avenue is two blocks east of Fifth Ave.

If "nuveau mexican" is the street you like to travel on... then it's for you.

I left hungry and not overly impressed, but the presentation was good. Do a search and you'll find a few reviews (including my own)

Dos Caminos has two locations -- the one on Park Ave South and one in SoHo. I enjoyed the Park South location -- the fresh guacamole was incredible and made right at the table from fresh whole avocados.

Where is Park Avenue?!? Manhattan, New York City, New York, U.S.A. Dos Caminos is on Park Ave South, south of Grand Central Station and north of Union Square.

You never asked about Mexican Goldengirl :) Don't know this one. I think it's newish. Its' at Park & 28th. You're staying at Fifth & 59th. Closer to your hotel, try Rosa Mexicano at 58th & 1st Ave.

Some other good casual restaurants near your hotel are Redeye Grill (7th & 56th) and Trattoria Dell'Arte (7th & 57th).
