Dollar car rental?
 

I have been comparing prices for rental and Dollar is much lower. i.e 69 vs 105. Has anyone had any experience with them??

I use them a lot in California, where they are often much less than anybody else. It's a great company that even hires friendly workers -- a rarity in the car rental business.

Have used them quite a few times now. Their rates have been the best in some of the markets I've rented in, including Hawaii.

Have used them in Florida and Hawaii and they give 50 Frequent Flyer miles per day of car rental with many major airlines, be sure to give them your FF info. if this is important to you. :S-

Another satisfied Dollar customer. I have rented from them a few times in Denver and once in San Diego. The people are nice and the cars are in good shape.

We used them in Las Vegas. Rates were about 20% lower than the next lowest, and on a 4WD. I also remember being able to pick out my own car--ended up with one that had only 2,000 miles on it!

I've used Dollar once and had a great experience with them.

Just one more vote for Dollar.. On our second trip to Hawaii we rented a 4WD Jeep Wrangler from them, with a/c. Then, on our next trip over there we went with Alamo (because of a package deal), and their staff claimed there's no such thing as a Jeep Wrangler with a/c! We just grinned and decided to stick with Dollar from then on.

We used Dollar in Florida this past Christmas and had zero problems.
