Does this hotel exist in Phila?

Wanted: an immaculate hotel with some charm/class, in a safe and convenient location which does not charge a fortune for parking, is under $200 for a Saturday night (Oct-Nov),has rooms with beds for a couple and a teen. Hope to visit Franklin Institute, Phila Art Museum, South Street, also taking train to visit niece attending college in nearby suburb. Many thanks.

I would add the Constitution Center to your list of sights. That was a highlight of our trip.

If I can find the name of the hotel where we stayed (a couple of years ago now),I will post again. I know it was located right in the historic center.

Perhaps you should try Hotwire. You can get some tips on betterbidding.com. I saw a 4-star the weekend of 11/17 for $205 that I think is the Westin. That is a very central location.

Try the Warwick/Radison on 16th. I think the weekend I was looking it was $159 including parking. It is a nice hotel and in a better area then where you are looking. Also, try the Ritz. I got this for $219 over Thanksgiving weekend.

If you don't have to stay downtown, we stayed at the Homewood Suites on City Line Ave a couple weeks ago and were very impressed - clean, comfortable, large free breakfast, $5/day parking.
