>>I've been on hold with VRBO now for about 10 minutes so far- trying to get the location/check-information for a rental we're to arrive at in 2 days.<<
You aren't renting anything from vrbo . . . they are just the listing site. As Brian says . . . you need to contact the owner. |
Also this thread is 4 years old! Start a new one.

Everytime I have used VRBO I have just emailed the owner, and got their cell-phone number if I needed to contact them urgently. Surely you have heard back from the owner when you made the booking and the payment.
|
Oh, please don't EVER criticize VRBO since it is the absolute darling of so many people here and they are the only ones who matter.
|
Dukey1 -- what are you on about? There are criticisms (and praises) of vrbo every single day on Fodors. It is just that bluskyseeker registered to post a nonsensical complaint re not getting info from vrbo . . . when it is the owner he needs to contact.
My guess is he won't be back - probably a hit-and-run, one time post. |
Or someone looking to discredit...

that post is four years old, for heaven's sake. I opened this because I happen to agree with it, I find the VRBO website really clunky to use in terms of how it organizes things and the search possibilities. For example, you can't limit properties to those with elevators or that have a washer/dryer. I also think you can't sort the results based on your criteria, say by price, at least I couldn't see any way to do that. The results also take up too much space (each listing) before you go into them, so you can only see couple without scrolling. Wastes a lot of time.
So I don't care fot the website at all. |
