Does anybody know if the “Red Feather Lodge” is near the platform Grand Canyon?

The question was answered last week. Click on your name to pull up that thread, but in short: No, it isn't. The Skywalk is way the heck away from the main tourist section of the GC. (Happily )

Ok, it is not near, but could we go to the platform if we slept there?

How much do we have to drive/walk to go to the platform?

It's about 250 miles, much on roads that are not fast.

...and you can't drive all the way in. Part of it is by bus provided by the reservation at an additional cost to that of going out on the Skywalk.
