I assume you are referring to the one in Ocean City, Maryland (the ONLY O.C. to go to!) The Dunes has been there a very long time so they must be doing something right. There is also a hotel called the Dunes Manor on 28th St. but I don't think they have efficiencies.The Dunes is in a good location! Have Fun!

Stay clear of this place because it is filled with undesirables! "The family" as they are known in OC MD. makes this place their home. They rent 26 rooms and fill them all with kids and party-goers which results in a continual amount of screaming, running back and forth, large crowd gatherings, and visible drinking throughout the motel premises. "The family" has been banned from several OC MD. hotels because of their inconsiderate activities but the Dunes Motel welcomes them with open arms each year. I fought for a refund and I got it! You have been warned...
