Birds...I don't really have a thing for them but somehow a couple of trips in a row I found beautiful carved wood birds to bring home. Now it's my challenge to find a bird wherever we go. I have a raven from the Tower of London, Koa wood birds from Hawaii, a duck carved out of driftwood that was floating in San Francisico Bay etc. Sometimes I have to settle for being flipped the bird but it is different!

Anything and everything! LOL I have nine shelves in my office with glass doors showing off my treasures. I collect BB caps, I have one in every color, Christmas ornaments, mugs, pencils, all the "stuff" in the great hotels I stay at, glass marbles from Seekrs when I visit Cambria, snowglobes, I love my Portland one I picked up at Saks that plays "Raindrops Keep Falling on my Head", etc., etc.

Oh, also key chains, I have all kinds of "stuff" dangling from my keys! Right now I have ones from AZ, Disneyland, Seattle, and Portland (from the rose garden shop) on my key chain.

I used to collect those magnets too, Kal until we purchased a KitchenAid fridge with no place for my magnets! LOL ***kim*** (~~) Oh, also wine glasses and LOTS of postcards (about ten from each place I go!!) I love souvenirs!!!

Usually just something from the area I am in, but nothing specific.
And..........receipts, lol. Lots of them Ü

Like a previous poster, I collect miniatures. In England, I chose those tiny souvenir plates, about 2-3 inches across. In Alaska, I went for tiny animals: jade whale, wooden bear, scrimshaw etchings of moose, etc. In Europe I get a variety of things, just to remind me of the places we've been. I've found that it's fun to seek out the little things and they're certainly a lot easier to tote around and bring home. I also buy lots of post cards and usually one key chain per trip.
