disneyworld where to stay

does anyone recommend the wilderness cabins?how do you get to seaworld from disneyworld if you don't rent a car.?if you must rent a car is there any in the resort? We are a party of 3 adults and a 9 year old female child. Thanks for any help.

i am no expert but I would say that car seems mandatory. Everything is spread , of course there are taxis but they are not cheap.

Go the the Disney site. There are specials and deals all the time posted there. You can also check on transportation etc. If you stay on the disney properties there is transportation to the parks so renting a car is not necessary.

If you stay on Disney property there is transportation to the Disney parks. Climber45 is asking about transportation to Seaworld, which is NOT a Disney park.

To get to Sea World from Disney you would have to take a taxi if you do not have a car.

Sorry can't comment on the wilderness cabins. As J62 mentions, transportaion within the park is free and good. You could rent a car for the day that you go to Sea World, and plan something else for that day that requires use of a car, like dinner outside the disney park. I know that there is a car rental agency within the Dolphin resort.

I think I'd be checking the pricee of that taxi to SeaWorld BEFORE I rented a car JUSt to go to that one place

We will go to Disney to end of July. I did not plan to book a hotel already but look there. Do I still get a room then?? We wil with 2 adults and two kids. We only will go to magic kingdom. Does anybody have a tip for a hotel?

Elma,
I would definitely plan on booking a room in advance!

Climber,
I've stayed in the Wilderness cabins at Disney. It depends on what you're looking for in a room. The campground is kind of removed from the parks, so there is a long wait time for transportation.
