Disneyworld Tickets on eBay

I am thinking of buying hopper passes to Disneyworld on eBay. You can buy people's partially used passes. Are they transferable? Will I have a problem when I get to Disneyworld, Epcot? Any experience? Any tips? Thanks for info. Ruth

If it's a good deal and the person selling has positive feedback than why not. They do not have a name on them (at least when I was there) so they are transferable. And they never expire. I'm a compulsive shopper so I'm always buying off of ebay. Never had a bad experience.

I would be very wary and do research on the seller. You want to make sure there are visits left on pass. There's no way that I know of to tell until you actually try and go thru the turnstyle. I had one left on mine one year and about 3 years later went back and used it.

ABC was correct, there is no way to tell if they're good until you go to/through the turnstyle. Also, you're supposed to write your name on the back so if there were any problems you would have a hard time proving they're yours. I've used and transfered passes in the past (most recently last month) but have always known the person who I got or gave them to. I'd say your taking a very big risk.

Thanks for the help. I may try, but at least I know what to watch for. I think you can e-mail the seller and ask questions so knowing about the name on the pass is good info.
