Disney World Tickets
 

We are a group of 5 adults going to Disney for 2-3 days and only want to see Epcot and Universal or another Disney park.<BR>1. Do you only but a daily ticket for the specific park you want to go to?<BR>2. If you but a ticket for a park, can you leave and come back in the evening on the same ticket?<BR>3. What if a restaurant you want to go to is in a park (Flying Fish Cafe), do you have to have a ticket to that park for that day?<BR><BR>We don't want to get a Park Hopper type ticket since my dad is older and we will not be at Disney for all that long.<BR>Any information will be quite helpful.<BR><BR> probably only be going to Epcot)?<BR>2.

YOu can get a one day pass for just one park. The Flying Fish is not actually in one of the parks. It's on Disney's Boardwalk. I think you can just drive and park along there somewhere.

Epcot is a good choice for adults, and can easily take two days of your time as it has so much to see and explore. You can leave and return later with your ticket. It used to be that a one-day ticket was good only for the same park that day. So if you wanted to dine in a restaurant inside a different park you would need a ticket for that park. But as far as I can remember, the Flying Fish Cafe is located at the Boardwalk resort, and you don't need a ticket for that. Keep in mind, too, that the world showcase in Epcot has great dining.

If you know you're going to a WDW park for more than one day, I suggest paying the few extra dollars and buy a hopper pass. I too enjoy Epcot but think you might like to venture to one of the other parks and this would allow you much more freedom to come and go as you please. I'd also suggest the MGM park but that is strictly my humble opinion.

Went to Epcot,Universal and MGM in October. Crowds were small and with the special reservation pass available at some attractions(I forget what they called it) you can move quickly. We did MGM from noon-5pm the day we arrived and I thought it was a little more for kids than adults. My wife and I enjoyed Epcot and Universal the best, we had been to Epcot years ago with our kids.The one day ticket allows you to leave and come back that day. Try Citywalk at Universal at night, Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville was a fun place to eat.
