Disney with Adults
What restaurants at Disneyland, CA do you suggest going to for a group of only adults? I plan on going this summer with some friends and none of us have kids. I am looking for somewhere with a really pretty view, good food, and unique drinks.

Well -- my first choice would be the Napa Rose in the Grand Californian - not inside the park but connected through the hotel park access. In the Park -- Carthay Circle, or the Wine country trattoria.

Just noticed -- this should be on the US board. And thought you had asked re California Adventure. For Disneyland -- yes - Blue Bayou

Blue Bayou - Yo ho, Yo Ho, a pirates life for me.

Does it have to be in Disneyland? there is no booze at the Disney side, other than the newly opened Olga's Cantina in "Galaxy's Edge". And they don't have much in the way of food. I am not much of a fan of Blue Bayou, the food often arrives cold, but the fireflies are good IF you get a waterside table. Not really a "view" though. Although they're more buffeteria/scramble restaurants, I prefer French Market if the band is playing, or Rancho del Zocalo.
If California Adventure is an option, I would suggest the following depending on how much food you want: Alfresco Tasting Terrace if it's open https://disneyland.disney.go.com/din...sting-terrace/ Or upstairs at the Lamplight Lounge (bar snacks only) https://disneyland.disney.go.com/din.../menus/dinner/ Check the menu at Napa Rose if you're considering that.. it's gotten very expensive and they keep cuttting back. Plus, no view, and I find it too brightly lit. Trader Sam's at the Disneyland Resort has a lot of atmosphere, if the Tiki Theme appeals to you. |
Agree about Napa Rose. It's one of the best meals ever!
