Disney on Easter?

This may be a dumb question, as I know the whole week-end will be a zoo, BUT....out of the day before Easter, on Easter, or the day after Easter, is there a best day to go to Magic Kingdom?

i'd think the day after easter would be the best of the three. people, who've been there all week, might be starting back home? just my guess.

ANy time around Easter is really bad. I've been there twice during that time period. The day before, and Easter Day are a mad house. I agree, the day after would be the lesser of three evils!

According to www.touringplans.com/BestDays.htm, March 26th is your best choice of the three. Many onsite Disney guest will take advantage of Friday's early entrance day at MK and choose to visit other parks on Sat.

If you don't have young kids that you have to do the Easter basket thing with you can go early and have a good time. On two different Easters we got to the park when it opened and almost had the place to ourselves. After lunch around 1 pm it started getting busier, but it wasn't as bad as it had been earlier in the week.

Thanks to all for you replies! I think we may try Huebie's suggestion and go early Easter Morning. Daughter is 16 and still wants the basket (!?!), but we can still make it to the park early.
