Romantic 10th Anniversary Winter Get Away Ideas

Hi, I'm new to the forum so be gentle with me My wife and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary near the end of Dec and are trying to find somewhere romantic to spend 3-4 days that would be driveable from Baltimore (maybe Pennsylvania, Virginia, etc). All-inclusives would be preferable but we're flextible. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Homestead Resort in Virginia and The Greenbriar Resort in WV. Both are lovely romantic and beautiful resorts. I am not sure what you are looking for and I don't know your age and interests so it is a little hard to recommend. Both of these resorts are lovely. If you could tell a little bit more about what you like (outdoors, adventure, foodies, etc..) I bet you would get more responses. CONGRATULATIONS!

Thanks willowjane. We are in our mid 30's, active (but still love to lounge and relax), and are foodies.

Since you are foodies and it's your 10th, I would try to swing one night at The Inn at Little Washington.

If you'd like SW Pennsylvania instead of the Greenbier, check out Nemacolin Woodlands. http://www.nemacolin.com/contact-us
You can fly there in a small plane as well.

I can't say enough about The Inn at Perry Cabin in St Michaels, MD. It's a nice "walkable" town on the Eastern Shore with other good restaurants in town, and a short drive to Easton. Enjoy!

Besides Homestead, is any one aware of any mountain view all-inclusive resorts? We'd prefer couples only, but could make due with families as well.

I have to agree with Janet about The Inn at Little Washington.
We had dinner there on our fiftieth anniversary and the meal was everything we heard it would be. We did not stay there but did have a very enjoyable stay at the Gay Street Inn, about a five minute walk away.
