Discount coupons for Williamsburg, Busch Gardens

Sister seemed to think that there would be half-off discount tickets for W-burg/BG in the Sunday Wash. Post, but I didn't see any in the travel section. She found the 10% online discount. Maybe there is a two-fer in the D.C. area Entertainment 2004 coupon book? Better yet, is there a coupon for either place in the Pittsburgh, PA version of Entertainment 2004? This would involve 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 little boys.

If you are a AAA member you can buy your tickets at their office and receive a second day free at Busch Gardens. We did this 2 wks ago at Busch Gardens in Florida. Personally, I found BG to be very expensive for what you get. Kids like rides and the one in Florida only has, I think it was four. However, if you could take advantage of the 2days for one price it might be more worth it. Tickets with our 10% discount were $48.00 pp.

I have never been to BG in Florida, but we live in Williamsburg and have been season pass holders for BG for three years now. My two sons, ages 7 and 4 LOVE BG-Wmsbg.

You will have a great time.

cd, next time you go to Busch Gardens be sure to get the map. In addition to rides, Busch Gardens is a major entertainment venue with shows all day long, and one of the South's best zoos. These are the rides:

The Scorpion and Python-the park's original two roller coasters.

Kumba-the original Big one. It travels at over 60mph, has 7 upside down flips, and over 2 minutes long.

Montu-Busch Gardens second big coaster. It is the Southeast's largest inverted roller coaster.

Gwazi-Busch Garden's newest roller coaster. It is one year old and is the park's first wooden roller coaster.

Akabar's Adventure-a simulation ride featuring Martin Short

Tanganyika Tidal Wave-a slow trip through an African village, up a ramp really high, with an extremely sharp drop.

Congo River Rapids-a river rapid ride in a big inner tube with 7 other people.

Stanley Falls-Busch Garden's log ride.

Land of the Dragons-the kiddie area has some small rides for kids and some large tree house type play areas.

There is also another area with many smaller, but fun, rides for younger kids, including bumper cars.

Other attractions include the Sky Ride, Train Ride, King Tut's Tomb, and other small attractions located throughout the park.

Does anyone know if you can go to just the animal portion of BG? we have babies that can't go on any rides... never been to BG so if this is a dumb question, sorry! just trying to figure out what to do with babies while there and thought seeing animals may be fun for them! but dont want to pay full price for adults who wont be able to ride!

mrwunrfl, I have no onfo for you on the BG discounts. But Meems, do you realize that there are two BG parks being discussed here, one in VA and one in Tampa? I know from your other posts that I've answered that you are going to be in VA soon. The VA park is themed on European countries, the Tampa one is animals. And I don't think you can get in for just the animals in Tampa, they are part of the full ticket. Also, either BG park w/10 month old twins would put me right over the edge in no time. If you are looking for things to do in VA or Tampa w/the babies, post separately on that and we will help.

Have you tried looking at Giant or Safeway stores? Sometimes they have coupons off to theme parks.
