Discount airlines

Hi All,
Do you have any discount airlines for flights within the US like Ryan Air and Easy Jet in Europe and Virginblue in Australia?
Thanks
Sue

But nothing as cheap as EasyJet, Ryan, Air Berlin et al.

One thing to consider is one of the "airpasses" sold by the global alliances (OneWorld, Star etc.) that allow you to purchase coupons at cheap prices for flights on the major carriers, provided you're not a N. America resident and fly to N. America on one of the alliances' carriers. Look at www.oneworld.com or www.staralliance.com for links.

I just booked JFK to SLC for slightly over $100 all in on JetBlue - not bad for a 5-hour flight, even by european standards...
