Disappearing threads

I've noticed the "Does anybody miss the pre-registration days" thread is gone. Is this a computer fluke or something much more sinister? :-?

Nothing "sinister" at all. It wasn't travel related, and surely Fodors deleted it, as they will this one.

Then why was the tread there for 3 days and then poof!Hmmm......I saw another response on the "worst airplane experiences" was supposedly accidentally deleted. Dunno.

My threads disappears one night in a campground in Munich in 1981. It was my pants! I don't think however that Fodors was the culpret.

Nothing sinister. Danny is intent on making these boards as boring as possible, and frankly he's doing a damn good job. All the regular posters are gone and it's boredom city now.
