I know Rachel Ray did a segment on Lake Placid for $40-A-Day for eating. However it was part of the Foodnetwork program, but I couldn't find it on the website. Hope you have better luck. We are looking to go up there maybe in September. Let me know how you do.

Caribbean Cowboy is excellent --- it looks like a hole in the wall but both chefs are Executive Chefs from a Relaix and Chateaux.
