Dining recs Hershey/Harrisburg/Lancaster

We are a family of two adults and two small children (6 and 3) -- we will be staying in Hershey for the long weekend of the 4th, and are trying to do some Hershey Park, some Amish Country, some cave/cavern stuff. Need recommendations for good places to eat that the kids will enjoy, maybe some of the Amish/Country fare, and something a bit more elegant and interesting (maybe Harrisburg), as well as recs for the dining in Hershey.
Also any suggestions about activities/ things to see on our trip would be great.

Thanks!

If you are looking to entertain the kids then the best place to go may be Miller's just outside of the outlet section of Lancaser (near Dutch Wonderland). Miller's is an all-you-can-eat smorgasboard restaurant that is a local fav (popular with bus tours too). They have traditional Amish fare as well as good old American favorites.

Don't miss the Chocolate World exhibit/ride outside of Hershey Park. It's fun and free (yes!)...plus you get a little candy bar each time you ride the ride (don't be shy about multiple trips...we never are).

Penn's Cave (a little west of where you will be) is very interesting. You tour it by boat, which is a neat perspective. Kids my get a kick out of that.

enjoy.

Second for Millers!!! I am not a buffet fan but this one is a big exception. It's been 3 years and my husband is STILL talking about their apple pan dowdy. Yum yum yum.

Take a drive from Hershey to Blue Ball on Route 322(east)it will take about an hour and you will arrive at Shady Maple Farms, I've been to Millers and Shady Maple, Shady Maple is the best, it is cheaper but has more food and better food!!!
