For food, I would recommend Delmonico's, but it depends on what you're lookign for. Delmonico's does the more traditional creole stuff really well. Among locals, NOLA's is generally considered the worst for food (too experimental), and at Emeril's I think the staff is just a little too in-your-face all the time. Lunch is always more reasonable than dinner, and many of the dishes will be the same. The atmosphere at Delmonico's is a little more old-school New Orleans, which I think is nice.

Emeril's is the flagship and has the best food, in my opinion. NOLA is very inconsistent and Delmonico's menu is the least creative of the three. My company has lots of functions at all three so I'm fairly familiar with the Emeril empire!

We thought NOLA wasn't near worth the hype last September. I sure wouldn't want to drop my hard earned money there again!
