Have fun MP, there is so much to see and do in Boulder. A must for me in Boulder is Flagstaff Mt. A lovely drive up past Chautaqua and gorgeous views from the top. Check out the amphitheatre, my son and DIL were married there last August and it was beautiful.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Lucile's (http://www.luciles.com/) in Boulder. It's quirky and fantastic but be prepared to wait, especially on the weekend.

We also like Zolo Grill for breakfast - http://www.zologrill.com/ (actually we like it for brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner too).

Pizzaria Locale has amazing pizza - a bit pricey but seriously foodie fantastic. If you're wandering past in the afternoon checkout the cafe next door. Personally we're not huge fans of Frasca - overrated and underwhelming. We do love John's (http://www.johnsrestaurantboulder.com/) though - it's a bit east on Pearl Street - great food, really nice and always delightfully quirky service with reasonable (for what it is - not a budget option) prices.

I personally wouldn't recommend Turley's - always seems like expensive and lacking much more character than a standard chain restaurant. The Le Peep (http://www.lepeepbreakfast.com/) which is next door to McGuckin (one of the most excellent home grown hardware stores ever - http://www.mcguckin.com/) and is a chain has better food, better atmosphere and better prices.

Snarf's has amazing sandwiches - http://eatsnarfs.com/index.htm - the original location is at 22nd and Pearl. (the Prime Rib is crazy, crazy good).

I haven't read all the posts - but Boulder has one of the largest Whole Foods in the world between 28th and 30th on Pearl.

The Boulder Farmer's Markets are great, especially on Saturday.

A beautiful and easy walk can be had along the Boulder Creek Path - it runs right through town - just ask someone where it is and when you find it head in either direction.

Bang for your buck driving - just head west up Canyon from Boulder to Nederland. Beautiful drive - cute, quirky town at the top. You can then head over to Coal Creek Canyon and stop at the Wondervu Cafe (http://wondervucafe.com/) (great for some afternoon nachos and a drink) - Map (http://g.co/maps/vu2vx).
