Not sure what you mean by "the same areas," but here's all the info on the shuttle you can ask for:

www.nps.gov/dena/home/visitorinfo/bus/vts.html

You can go take the shuttle along the only road as many times as you want, as long as you have reservations. If this is all you do, you will probably see different wildlife on each of three days. If you wish to take a hike, the Rangers can give up to the hour advice on good places to hike, based on your preferences, your abilities, and trail / wildlife conditions for that day. Anyone giving advice here won't possibly know any of those things, so it may not fit what's right for you on the day you actually want to hike.

There is only ONE road the Park Road. You purchase shuttle tickets to various length in - my min. is Eielson. There are pay for 2 get 3 tickets, but that may be a bit much - going every day. Look at park activites. nps.gov on the Denali Park Page.

From what I've heard, you need to reserve shuttle seats in advance especially in the busy summer months. I would look into booking before you leave.

Absolutely correct- book the shuttle ahead for sure seats. I always like the first shuttles out myself.
